Because MicroSeal is a Penetrator NOT a Coater you can protect fabrics, leather, furniture, car interiors, boat interiors etc etc that are used and soiled as MicroSeal WILL NOT seal in grime and stains. MicroSeal doesn't need to be reapplied after even commercial cleaning and is a Lifetime protecter!
